Refund policy

All PaddleIDZ bands are custom-made to order and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we offer optional Band Protection available at checkout. For just $1 per band, Band Protection covers a one-time replacement — including free shipping — if your band breaks within 365 days of delivery.

Band Protection does not cover lost or misplaced bands. To file a claim, simply contact us at howdy@paddleidz.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged band, and we'll get a replacement on its way.
